Let’s flashback to when we were all thrust into another lockdown (the one we didn’t know would be the longest COVID-19 lockdown in the world). Irritation, fear, monotony and disconnection were filling our Melbourne homes as people reached out to CAYA, requesting online offerings. 

Our Online Art Studios were weekly sessions that allowed connections between familiar and new friends, opportunities for making art in a shared space and structured down-time for soothing self-care.

We were lucky to partner with Artek from Huge Mumma Spice Merchant to co-facilitate some of our online sessions. Artek brought such a playful and creative energy to the space.
